"On Saturday, Oct. 12th, we had our pontoon picked up at Lipsett Lake for winterization & storage by your employee, Rick. ( We didn't know his last name! ) I felt it was necessary to write to express my gratitude to him & inform you what a wonderful asset he is to your organization. Things did not go well. Our pontoon wouldn't start and then it died about half way across the lake, stranding my husband on the deck. Rick, who could have said, " see ya ", came up with a plan, using our boat, which he was willing to launch & drive to rescue my husband. He went way beyond what he needed to do & both Chuck & I are extremely grateful! Everything turned out well! We got the pontoon to the landing, Rick brought Chuck back to our cabin and even got our boat back in our garage, which can be a challenge for my husband!! Rick is a good man and I hope he is appreciated by your organization. He exemplifies what every employer would want in an employee! "On 9/3/2003 I was pretty much stranded in Trego, WI with a bad wheel bearing on my ramp gate trailer. The service team at Wild River without question started working on it. It ended up being more than the wheel bearing and they just kept going till it was fixed. They were extremely busy with other stuff but made time to get me fixed up and back on the road again. "Earlier this year I brought in my 15 HP Yamaha 4 stroke motor for a tune up and to repair a carb issue. This was the first time I had work done at your business. The work was done quickly, at what I felt was a reasonable price. Also, the tech walked me through what they did and recommended things I could do to prevent the carb issue myself. When got home the motor ran better than when new. So this note is to say thank you for the service. I would easily use your services in the future and recommend to friends. "I had the best experience with Wild River Sport&Marine service department than I have had with any other dealership. I broke down out on the trails and was stuck. I called the Wild River service department and they sent one of their guys (Lee) to come pick me up. Once we got back they took my sled in and worked on it right on the spot for me. They replaced a jack shaft bearing that went out on my 2010 Sno Pro 500. I was fully expecting to have to pay for the repair, when Nate( service manager) said they would be turning it in under warranty. On top of that, they informed me there was an update that needed to be done and they did that for me as well. They went above and beyond my expectations and I would recommend Wild River to everyone!"
